About the role
As Junior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Create clear and comprehensive requirement documents, user stories, use cases, wireframes, and process flow diagrams to assist the development team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
- Participate in testing and validation to ensure deliverables align with business needs.
- Work closely with senior analysts and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements and qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
- Basic understanding of process modeling, data analysis, and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
- Exposure to software development lifecycles (SDLC).
