This position is aimed at Mechanical Engineers who want to participate in innovative high-
tech mechanical projects, actively contributing to the development of products that

combine research, design, development, and industrialization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience or strong background in CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, Siemens NX, CATIA, or equivalent)
• Experience in design and development of mechanical systems and components
• Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Understanding of research, design, development, and industrialization processes
• Skills in technical product optimization and performance evaluation

Desired Knowledge

• Experience with structures incorporating strain gauges and/or in the development of
  load cells

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical Design Engineer will actively participate across the entire scope of Strategic
Research & Development, including:

• Conception – development of ideas and creation of initial designs
• Development – detailed product design and development of mechanical systems and components
• Design of Experiments – planning and executing experiments
• Prototype testing and testing development
• Perform analyses (FEA) and technical evaluations
• Optimization of product performance and reliability
• Industrialization – implementation for production
