Modules

Call Handling

Enables the reception and dispatch of roadside incidents to field operators. Provides real-time status updates to customers regarding the progress of each case.

Accident Management

Allows drivers to complete accident claim forms efficiently. The system pre-fills many fields using contract and call data, reducing the time required to complete a claim from one hour to approximately 15 minutes. A claim PDF is automatically generated for the insurer.

Dispatch Management

An auto-routing module optimizes dispatch operations to minimize customer wait times. Over 90% of incidents are assigned through automated routing.

Tow Management

The Faros (Lighthouse) interface delivers incident details to service providers, including malfunction type, location, ETA, and customer comments. Providers can update the back office with key incident milestones such as arrival and towing status.

Shift Optimization

A scheduling tool that calculates optimal shift configurations, taking into account constraints such as workload balance and fairness, in order to increase overall productivity.

Resource Estimation

A strategic planning module that estimates the required number and type of resources needed to meet service level agreements effectively.

Affiliate Compensation

Manages contract-specific compensation for affiliates without requiring manual audits. Automates calculations and streamlines payments based on predefined agreement terms.

Foreign Clubs Integration

Supports cross-border incident handling through integration with SPARX, covering both inbound and outbound assistance cases.

Travel Insurance

Includes travel-related support functionality aligned with roadside assistance and emergency protocols.

Reporting
